We like to extend a warm welcome to groups and offer:

- Tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival or prior to departure; lunch or afternoon tea can be arranged by prior booking 
- Introductory talk about the town’s history 
- Guided tour of the Museum
- Demonstrations by our hand loom weavers and power loom weavers 
- Discounted admission for groups of over 25 people when pre-booked
- FREE admission for the group organiser
- FREE admission to Blue Badge Guides
- FREE meal for coach driver or group leader (to the value of £6.50)
- FREE planning visit for group organiser, coach operator/driver*
A group visit usually lasts about two hours. Tours can be arranged starting at 10.30am or 11.00am and at 1.30pm or 2.00pm, Tuesdays to Saturdays.

Tours out of Museum hours can be arranged for an additional fee.
Visits can be adapted to suit specific areas of interest - simply contact us to discuss your requirements.
All we ask is that you book in advance for a minimum of 10 people; maximum of 50 people so that we can offer you the best possible experience.
The cost is £6.50 per person including VAT. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or credit card in advance, on the day or following your visit. We can also accept purchase orders.

Carpet Weaver DM

The Museum wants you to make the most of your visit and we can arrange the following to enhance your visit:

A sandwich buffet lunch can easily be arranged adding to your enjoyment

A practical crafts session such as rag rug making or peg loom weaving with one of our volunteers**

A tour of the Archive to explore the art and design roots of the carpet industry with one of our volunteers**

A joint tour with local attractions and heritage properties in Worcestershire and the West Midlands including Spetchley Park Gardens, Elgar Birthplace Museum, Avoncroft Museum of Buildings, Harvington Hall and many more, can easily be arranged.

Or, if you prefer, you can book one of our talks or walks and combine it with a visit to the Museum.**
